I am a qualified Integrative Therapist, meaning that I draw on a wide range of counselling theories to support you in the best way possible. I am a firm believer that one size does not suit all, so I use a mixture of approaches from across the counselling spectrum, including person-centred, cognitive behavioural therapy and transactional analysis. Your therapy should always be as unique as you are.

I am an ex-teacher so I have a wealth of experience in working with younger clients. I have also worked 1-1 with young people with a wide range of needs including anxiety, depression, as well as supporting those with neurodiverse diagnoses.

I have worked with adults with a variety of struggles ranging from domestic abuse, relationship difficulties, trauma recovery, anxiety, depression and low self-esteem.

I moved into counselling because of a growing passion for supporting people through the difficult times in their life. I am a firm believer in the benefits of therapy and have seen first-hand how it can help people to develop their confidence and change their lives.

My goal is to create a safe non-judgemental space in which you feel supported to explore your thoughts, feelings, and past experiences. This will help you to grow and develop your own self-awareness as you build a more fulfilling life.

I work primarily in Southend-On-Sea, which has excellent transport links and parking facilities. Southend-On-Sea can be easily accessed by bus, train, car or on foot. I am a 10 minute walk from the city centre, and there is free parking on several roads close by. I also have access to an office in Eastwood should that be preferable.

Face-to-face counselling available in Southend-On-Sea.

Online counselling available throughout the UK.
